By using metamonster.app (“MetaPult”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly about unauthorised use. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass access controls on the service.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit material.
• Do not upload footage of other people without the rights to do so.
• Do not interfere with, or artificially interact with, advertising on the site.

Your content

You keep ownership of decks, match logs and footage you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content so we can provide the features you requested. You can delete your content at any time.

Our content

Site text, statistics, layouts and code are ours or our licensors’. You may quote and link with attribution; wholesale republication of our data or articles is not permitted without written permission.

Third-party materials

Card names, images and tournament data belong to their respective owners. MetaPult is not affiliated with The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or Limitless TCG.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. Metagame figures, simulator results, AI coaching and pricing context are informational and may be incomplete or out of date. Do not treat them as competitive rulings or financial advice; always verify against official rules and tournament policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaPult is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Termination and changes

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and may modify or discontinue features. Updated terms are posted here with a revised date. See also our Privacy Policy.
